The Perdido Coffee company was founded by a Canadian entrepreneur who travelled to Nicaragua to explore the geography and fell in love with the people, the culture, and most importantly, the coffee. It was after that first sip that his new business venture was destined to be what is today – the world class roasters of Perdido.
